Beta Version 5.01
From this site you can downlaod a beta
of the new TimeWatcher version 5.
Here are some of the new features of version
5:

Network Member Function: Now it is possible
to sell computer time to customers, which they can use on every computer
in the TimeWatcher Network in as many sessions as they want.

Better handling: There are two version of
TimeWatcher now: The administration version and the client version. During
the Setup you can decide, which version you want to use on a computer.

New Wizards, which make the configuration
of the TimeWatcher Network much easier
-
TimeWatcher is now fully Windows 2000 compatible
-
New eductional function for the Time Distributor
mode: Parents can now setup breaks, which their kids have to take.

This beta version 5 of TimeWatcher can
be installed parallel to an existing version 4. Just make sure that they
are installed in different directories, then there should be no interference
between the two versions. The settings of the version 4 will not be imported
in this beta version 5.
If you are a registered customer of the
TimeWatcher version 4 your registration code won't work with the new version
5. In the new version, we had to change the registration key system to
a key length of 16 digits. If you wish to already test the beta version
in the registered mode, please let us know (please include your old registration
number). We will then sent you the registration code for the new version.

New, better setup routine
If you already have the beta version 5.00 installed,
you do not have to download the whole package again. You can just download
the new exe file
of TimeWatcher. (417 kb) Just unzip it and replace the old "exe file"
with this new one. The old exe file can be found in the Diroctory, in which
you installed the beta version 5.00 of TimeWatcher (e.g. C:\Program
Files\TimeWatcher5)
